Terms & Conditions

1. Customers must not open the book package before payment unless they have prepaid for it.
2. You can cancel your book order at any time before we process it by sending us a message or email. Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 5:30 pm) on 0300-6507722.
3. After we ship your book order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email or SMS with the tracking information.
4. Our return and exchange policy apply once we have shipped the product.
5. Ijaz clinic Online Store may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons for order cancellations may include: the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the issuing financial institution declining the credit card payment.
6. Please note that we will no longer accept complaints after 7 days of delivery.
7. Do not accept if the packaging is open or damaged.
8. If you have any packaging errors or complaints, please contact our customer service within 24 hours.

Payment policy

For customer convenience, we offer the following payment options on our website: Cash on Delivery, Visa/MasterCard, Jazz cash, Bank Alfalah Wallet.

Shipping Rates: Delivery charges are at Rs. 250 across the country.

Return Policy

1. Ijaz Clinic/ Connections does not have a refund or exchange policy for books.
2. Ijaz Clinic/Connections will only accept refunds or exchanges if the customer finds any defects or if they receive the wrong product. The customer can contact our customer services and send images of the product(s) to the given number. Within 7 days from the time of delivery. If the submitted case is genuine, Ijaz Clinic/Connections will take a reasonable amount of time to process it, depending on the nature of the case.
3. Please note that Ijaz Clinic/Connections does not have a policy regarding monetary refunds.
